Rates & Billing

My current rate for individual, co-parenting and family therapy is $180 per 50 minute session.

I currently do not accept insurance, but I am able to provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potentail reimbursement. Check with your insurance provider, as plans differ. I am able to accept HSA debit cards, as provided by some insurance companies.

Accepted forms of payment: Cash, check, major credit card, or Venmo. Checks to be made out to Nicole Price, MFT I request that a credit card authorization form be completed prior to commencement of services. You may notify me at the beginning of each session if you would like to submit a different form of payment, but otherwise I will be the card on file accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you, a minimum of 48 hours is required for any rescheduled or cancelled appointment. I will charge your card on the day the appointment was scheduled. This will allow me to offer appointments to others. The full fee will be charged to the person who cancels or no-shows to the appointment outside of this policy (example: the full fee of $180 would be charged to a person who cancels or no-shows, even if they typically only pay half of the fee, as is typical in co-parenting therapy).
